But why tho?
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
In this age of dying sedans and the slow selling CtS and CT6 Who needs a bigly heavy fwd based AWD 410HP V-sport XTS (forget even a regular one) priced at over $73K? Grandpa wants to go fast eh? sometimes I just dont understand Cadillac.

Waitaminute? An Oppo actually owns an XtS Vsport?
Well l’ll be damned!

Because why not? Before the CT6 was a thing Cadillac needed sometime to test out that TTV6 in.
This is probably the best overall Cadillac for sale, and is a hit on the used market.

I had a Non v-sport ‘13 XTS for a very short period of time. It was incredibly mediocre to drive but stupid comfy and well enough put together, and even the non v-sport would boogie when you got on it.
I give it a 5.5/10: the perfect rental car.

No, but he’ll give you a full explanation as to why it exists.
(I’d take a Continental over it any day of the week)

If you really want to stay up all night, consider this Ferrari with a Fiero V6 swapped into it:

Should someone tell him actual V models exist?
Does he think the M240i is an actual M?

I think I now know his secret identity

Pretty much exactly what I thought this would be atleast in the normal non Vsport trim.

The reason the XTS exists is fleets, as for the V-Sport version of it, um, wait, I thought I had something.
Maybe Mary Barra wanted one for her company car?

Doesn’t the platform date back to the Saab 95?
![]() 06/04/2018 at 01:05 |

A car platform older than the infamous Chysler 300/Dodge Charger-challenger platform?
INCONCEIVABLE!

You misunderstand my words.
The XTS V-Sport is designed to soak up Highway miles at high speed. It’s comfortable and practical. The Vs are great but they’re harsh track focused machines.

No, it’s a platform built withi the late 2000s for GM large cars. The last 9-5 was one of the first cars to ride on it, but truthfully it debuted with the last LaCrosse.

I admit that I haven’t driven the XTSV, but I’ve driven practically every other Cadillac car and I absolutely hated the XTS. The CT6 would be a better choice, as would the CTS V sport, or a V6 CTS.
